What happens if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, Kick will retry the charge automatically. If the issue persists, you may need to update your billing method to avoid service interruptions.
How do I allocate my Kick subscription payment across more than one entity?
You can simply split your subscription payment across your various Entities.

What happens if I cancel my subscription?
If you cancel, your current plan remains active until the end of your billing cycle. After that, you will lose access to paid features.
What is Kick’s refund policy?
Kick offers a completely free product as well as a 14 day trial so that there is ample time to evaluate the feature set.
