How does Kick’s pricing work?
Kick plans are tailored to support Business Owners at every stage:
Free Plan: Best for businesses with up to 250 annual business expense transactions and only 1 business entity. You can use Kick completely free.
The 250 transactions limit is annual but only applies to business expenses. Once you hit the 250 transactions limit in one calendar year, the limit doesn't reset for the following year.
Basic Plan: Best for businesses with unlimited transactions and only 1 business entity.
Plus or Advanced Plans: Best for businesses with multiple entities and unlimited transactions. Each new entity includes up to 250 free business expense transactions per year. After that, additional entities are billed at $50/month per entity.

How Does Kick billing work?
Basic Plan - $40/month, billed annually at $480.
Plus Plan - $100/month, billed quarterly at $300.
Advanced or Partner Plan - Custom pricing based on business needs, includes dedicated and tailored solutions. If you’d like to get more details on working with a partner, submit your request to Kick’s Accountant Connect program and we’ll match you with a with a trusted advisor.
Update Billing Method
You can update your payment method in Kick to ensure uninterrupted service. Changes will apply to your next billing cycle.
Navigate to Billing from your Profile in the top right corner → Billing.
Click Change method.
